Terms and Conditions
Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Submers online shop.
Offer
The offer is intended for customers in Switzerland unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.
Products
Some of the goods offered are natural products and live animals. Deviations in shape, size, color, growth, pattern or general appearance are natural and do not constitute a defect.
Images and Illustrations
Images on the homepage and general illustrations are for illustrative and demonstration purposes only. They do not necessarily represent the actual condition, scope or contents of the products offered. The relevant product images and product descriptions in the shop apply.
Orders and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded once the order has been accepted.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated.
Payment
The payment methods offered during checkout apply. If payment is made by bank transfer or by any other payment method without immediate payment confirmation, the amount due must be paid within 7 days and the order number must be provided. If no clearly identifiable payment or allocatable payment reference is received within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled. After an automatic cancellation, it cannot be guaranteed that the originally ordered products will still be available.
Shipping
Shipping takes place to the address provided by the customer. Shipping method and shipping costs are shown during checkout. No liability is assumed for damage caused by delayed acceptance, failure to collect or improper handling after delivery.
Live animals and sensitive products
When purchasing live animals or sensitive plants, the customer is obliged to accept the shipment immediately and inspect it without delay. After delivery, responsibility for proper keeping, temperature, water values, acclimatization and care lies with the customer.
Liability
Liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies.
